Are you a Christian who feels called to write a book? Do you want to...
- share your testimony?
- grow your platform or ministry?
- write a devotional?
- share helpful tips about the Christian walk?
- clarify misconceptions about Christianity?
- stop answering the same questions about your Christian journey?
Do you know what you want to write, but can't seem to find the words?
Do you feel like you're not qualified to write?
It's time to silence your doubts and share your story to bring God glory!
The course “A Clear Path to Your First Draft (Beta)” is designed to help you fulfill your calling to write a Christian non-fiction book without spending another month procrastinating.
You may already be trying to figure out how to share your message, and if that’s working for you, then keep at it, BUT if you haven’t quite figured out this whole “writing thing”, then follow our simple steps; you could be holding your first draft in about a month.
In this course, you will learn simple steps to help you finally complete that manuscript by helping you figure out whether you should write and self-publish a book in this season. You will also learn that research is not a bad word when you're preparing to write a book. You will be guided in the production of an outline for your non-fiction manuscript before being introduced to seven methods you can use to produce your content. You will receive worksheets to accompany each lesson, as well as a free bonus eBook and workbook to help you in your research. And best of all, if you follow the steps, complete the assigned tasks, and do the required writing, you could be holding the first draft of a Christian non-fiction manuscript in 31 days!
Marsha A. Malcolm is an award-winning author, copy editor, self-publishing consultant, and educator. A former Jamaica National Reading Champion, she has (with God's help) turned her love of books into a ministry and a business that allows her to help Christian authors to share their stories to give God glory.
Her first love has always been editing, but after she answered the call to write, her debut novel received the Christian Small Publishing Association (now Christian Indie) 2016 Romance Book of the Year. She has gone on to self-publish over 20 books, many of which are low-content planners and prayer journals. Since 2017, she has been working with independent authors to self-publish their Christian and inspirational books. Many of her clients have gone on to self-publish more than one book using her services. She believes a client's willingness to work with a service provider more than once is a true testament of customer satisfaction.
Through Purposeful Publishing School, she wants to help other Christian authors to complete and self-publish their manuscripts.
